The UMD Food Committee: Let's Talk Food
The Committee is made up of UMD students, faculty and Dining staff members that have an interest in assisting with the planning for the future of food on the UMD campus.
We want our diners to be satisfied. We believe in "easy-eating". You should know that no matter what, there is an option available on campus that suits your needs and tastes great.
We'll leave the cooking to Executive Head Chef Tom. Our role is to provide an outlet for eaters to be heard (assuming they don't have their mouth full).
We will take into consideration comments that come our way.
We will use your suggestions to guide and inspire our initiatives.
We will function as a think-tank to come up with creative ideas and viable solutions.
We will recognize the population of diverse food tastes, cultures and needs we have at UMD
With UMD Dining Services, we will work to create a dining system that reflects this.
