ICL Teaching Assistants

Teaching Assistants (TAs) play an integral role in the success of the ICL course. TAs work in conjunction with ICL Instructors to provide a welcoming environment for new students and to provide a student perspective on the freshman year. In addition, TAs serve as a peer resource for new students.

Each ICL Teaching Assistant has completed a 1-credit training course that familiarizes them with student development, curriculum design, personal awareness and growth, and fundamental helping skills.
