Interests: Quaternary stratigraphy and geochronolgy in terrestrial, lacustrine, and nearshore marine environments. Paleoclimatic and paleoenvironmental records from the sediments of large lakes and estuaries.
Use of biogenic silica, radiocarbon dating, and high-resolution seismic-reflection stratigraphy in paleoenvironmental research.
