Visiting Graduate Students
Students who have registered within the previous two years in a
graduate degree program at another recognized U.S. graduate school and
wish to enroll for a summer session or a single semester in the Graduate
School of the University of Minnesota to earn credits to apply toward
their degree program may be admitted as visiting graduate students. Visiting
graduate status may not be granted for more than one semester or one summer
term. Students seeking visiting graduate status should request and complete
the Visiting Application form available from the UMD Graduate School office,
431 Darland Administration Building, University of Minnesota, Duluth,
MN 55812. This form must be approved by the Graduate School before registering
for classes.
