Appointment Information

Scheduling

To schedule a medical appointment at Health Services, call the Registration desk at 218-726-8155.

To schedule a counseling appointment at Health Services, call the Counseling Registration desk at 218-726-7913.

Phones will be answered during regular office hours.

Not sure if you need to be seen?

Students with medical questions may call our Nurse Care Line at (218) 726-7870. Phone calls will be answered/returned during regular office hours. (Line available September – May only.)

What to bring to your appointment

Students are required to bring and present their student identification card and health insurance card. If you are a new patient, please also bring these completed forms to your first appointment.

Checking In

Students with appointments must check in at least 5-10 minutes prior to their appointment. New patients are required to check in 15-20 minutes ahead of their appointment time. Students who arrive 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment will be asked to reschedule.
