To schedule an appointment at Health Services, call the Registration desk at 218-726-8155. Phones will be answered during regular office hours.

Not sure if you need to be seen?

Students with medical questions may call our Triage Nurse Line at (218) 726-7870. Phone calls will be answered/returned during regular office hours. (Line available September – May only.)

What to bring to your appointment

Students are required to bring and present their student identification card, health insurance card, and UMD activity card at every visit. Students without activity cards must present a copy of their class schedule once each semester.

Checking In

Students with appointments must check in at least 5-10 minutes prior to their appointment. New patients are required to check in 15-20 minutes ahead of their appointment time. Students who arrive 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment will be asked to reschedule.
