![]() The Student Health Advisory Committee is a group of dedicated students who act as a student voice to UMD Health Services and school administration. Members meet weekly for one hour to discuss current issues and brainstorm solutions. SHAC members are given the opportunity to volunteer additional time on special projects throughout the year. SHAC, with several departments and student groups on campus, worked to increase drinking water access in the dorms through grant funding for gooseneck water faucets specific to filling water bottles.
