THE ABOVE PROPOSED RATES ARE QUOTED PER PERSON AND ARE PENDING UM BOARD OF REGENTS APROVAL.
The above rates include basic cable television, wireless service, and laundry facilities.
Apartment residents may purchase a "5 meals per week" plan for $524 per semester.
All rates include $175 of Dining Dollars per semester per resident. Dining dollars may be used in the Kirby Plaza Food Court, the Dining Center, or in the Northern Shores Coffee Shop.
