Housing application-contracts for the 2010-2011 academic year will be available on-line for prospective students after a prospective student is admitted and scheduled for an advisement-registration date. The priority application date for submitting a UMD housing application-contract is May 1. Students who submit a housing application-contract on or before May 1 will be assigned a space based on the date of application for admission.

Application-contracts received after May 1 will be accepted based on availability of space and will be assigned based on the date the application-contract is received. The University cannot guarantee housing to students who apply for housing after May 1.

THE ABOVE RATES ARE QUOTED PER PERSON AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

The above rates include telephone, local telephone service,voice mail, ethernet connection,basic cable television and laundry.

A 150 Anytime Meal plan is offered to allow residents and guests at the same meal to eat any 150 meals in the Dining Center during the semester.

Apartment residents may purchase a lunch only (Monday - Friday) meal plan for $524 per semester.

All of the above rates include $100 of dining dollars per semester per resident. Dining dollars may be used in the Kirby Plaza Food Court, the Dining Center, or in the Northern Shores Coffee Shop.
