Housing application-contracts are available on-line to admitted incoming students who have scheduled an advisement/registration date. Go above to "Application Process" then "New Student". Students who return a housing application-contract postmarked on or before May 1, 2012 will be reserved and assigned a space in University housing based on the date of application for admission to UMD and the availability of space. Some first year students may be assigned to on-campus apartments or temporary rooms.

Students who return housing application-contracts after May 1, 2012 will be reserved and assigned space based on the date the housing application-contract is received by the Housing Office and the availability of space. The University cannot guarantee University housing for students who submit housing application-contracs after May 1, 2012.

 

Resident Advisor

Housing & Residence Life is now accepting applications for Resident Advisors for the 2012 - 2013 school year and are seeking individuals who currently demonstrate or are willing to strengthen their skills in the following areas: teamwork, time management, meeting new people, responsibility, personal growth, communication, problem solving, leadership, conflict management.

Attend one of the information sessions to find out more about being an RA from the RAs themselves!
Tuesday, January 24, 4:30 pm - West Griggs Conference Room (2nd floor of E/F Complex)
Wednesday, January 25, 5:15 pm - Heaney Service Center

Residence Hall RA Applications should be submitted to LSH 189, the Lake Superior Hall Information Desk.
Apartment RA Applications should be submitted to LSH 146, the Housing & Residence Life Office.

All applications are due by 4:00 pm, February 3, 2012.
