New student housing application-contracts are available on-line for admitted students.

Stadium Apartments will close after Spring 2013.

Residence Hall and Apartment positions available

The UMD Residence Halls are now accepting applications for Night Advisors (NAs) for the 2013-2014 Academic School Year.
NAs work to promote safety and security in the Residence Halls from the hours of Midnight - 8:00am.
NAs are required to work 2 nights a week and 1 weekend a month.
