SENIOR SUMMER HOUSING UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA DULUTH

Residents have free use of laundry equipment located in each apartment complex. Residents must provide their own irons, ironing boards, and clothes hangers.

Residents are responsible for cleaning their own apartments. They may check out brooms, mops, and vacuum cleaners from the area office. Custodial staff clean public areas daily. Replacement light bulbs and trash bags are available at the area office for each apartment complex.

Residents who live in University apartments are permitted to park at no cost in any residential lot.

Each apartment has a locking mailbox. Mailboxes are located in each residential complex. Mail is delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Prior to check-in, mail forwarded to campus assignment will be held for up to fifteen days. After check-out, mail will be forwarded to home address.

Each resident is issued apartment and outside door keys at the time of check-in. Outside doors are locked at all times.
