All requests postmarked on or before February 1, 2010, will receive a $100 discount on rent.

A thirty day written notice of arrival/departure changes in advance of arrival date is required to prevent being charged for the dates on the reservation request form. No change of dates will be permitted once residents arrive. Request forms not filled out properly may result in delays. Deposit will not be accepted until notification of assignment.
