If you missed the first meeting and would still like to become a member of BATA for the 2012-13 school year, membership dues and applications can still be turned in. Please return an application along with your dues to an executive member of BATA as soon as possible.

The National Athletic Training Student Challenge is beginning again this year. The goal is to provide an avenue for athletic trainig students to actively support the NATA Research & Education Foundation, while engaging with other schools in a "friendly competition."

The National Athletic Training Student Committee Video Contest is underway again! It is available for any entry-level Athletic Training Program to promote the field of Athletic Training. If you would like to try and capture the heart of the profession on film, find more information here!

BATA Mission
The purpose of the Bulldog Athletic Training Association (BATA) is the advancement, encouragement, and improvement of the UMD Student Athletic Trainers through: various education opportunities, exposure to the field of Athletic Training, and promotion of good fellowship among all members of the organization. Through these objectives, the organization will work to promote a better working relationship among those interested in the Athletic Training Major, those enrolled in the Athletic Training Major, and Certified Athletic Trainers.
