Policies and Procedures

Policies and procedures related to study abroad, as established by the International Education Office, the University of Minnesota Duluth, and the University of Minnesota system, exist to protect and and keep safe students on study abroad programs. All participants should be familiar with the policies, procedures, in addition to general policies at UMD.

International Education Office Policies

  • Cancelation Policy - Cancellation policy for students who withdraw from an International Education program.
  • Refund Policy - Refund policy for students who cancel participation in an international education program.
