Graduate student program development

Graduate student exchanges have no central administrative home, but may be organized by individual departments or colleges. The Office of International Programs (OIP) at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities can assist departments in developing such relationships.

OIP is the central coordinating international office for the University of Minnesota system. With a goal of "preparing global citizens," OIP promotes the internationalization of the teaching, research, and outreach missions of the University.
