Financial Aid

Most financial aid you receive at UMD can be used to pay for your study abroad experience. In some cases, when there are additional expenses due to study abroad costs, you may be able to borrow additional loans. Please note that tuition waivers do not apply and that Best In Class Scholarships can only be used for our Study in England program. Some information about financial aid is provided here. You will need to work with the Financial Aid Office to pursue these opportunities. The Financial Aid Office also has information on their website that specifical pertains to receiving financial aid for study abroad.
