Semester Trips

Two group cultural trips will be offered each semester for exchange students. Specific information including cost, times, etc. will be given closer to the date of the trip. Note: all dates are tentative

• Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada
  A weekend trip to Thunder Bay is offered for students wishing to venture north of Duluth. Departure occurs Saturday morning with stops along the north shore, lunch in Grand Marias, and dinner in Canada! Sunday will yeild site-seeing in Thunder Bay in the morning, and arrival back to Duluth late afternoon.
  
  Fall Semester: September 31 & October 1, 2006
  Spring Semester: March 30 & 31, 2007

• Chicago, Illinois
  An extended weekend trip to Chicago will be offered for the first time this academic year! The group will depart on Friday with a return on Sunday afternoon offers time to see Chicago and much more along the way. More info on Chicago

  Spring Semester: March 2-4, 2007

Other regional destinations that students may want to arrange to visit include Minneapolis, Minnesota; Saint Paul, Minnesota and Madison, Wisconsin.
