Student View of the Instructor Station

Looking toward the instructor station, the class will see:

• On the left, a camera which picks up the students
• Also on the left, a document camera
• On the right, a large monitor
• On the front of the instructor station, a large blue banner identifying the site as UMD ITV KPlz 173
• A blue wall behind the instructor desk

At the instructor desk you will find:

• ITV control panel
• Document camera
• Laptop VGA and ethernet connections
• Telephone

Also at the instructor desk but not pictured are:

• The monitor
• Audio speaker

Looking out at the class from the station desk, you will see:

• The projector mounted on the ceiling
• Orderly rows of student desks and chairs
• A blue wall to your left
• A blue curtain to your right
• A blue curtain on the back wall flanked by two exit doors

View From the Back of the Room

If you sand at the back of the classroom, you will see:

• The instructor station at the front of the room
• Two monitors facing the instructor
• The projection screen facing the class
• Orderly rows of student desks and chairs
• A blue wall to your right
• A blue wall at the front of the room
• A blue curtain to your left
