Slide Projector
Our classic standard slide projectors are used for the projection
of
two by two inch 35 millimeter photographic slides in standard
80 and
140 rotating carousel slide trays.
These projectors are great for projecting high quality images on large screens. For instance they are ideal for art and medical applications. Slides can be the best source for high quality images, sometimes easier to use and with much better color reproduction than computer images or transparencies.
Dimensions of the unit (without a slide tray) are about eleven by twelve inches by five inches tall. Weight is approximately twelve pounds.
For many uses, slide projectors have been replaced by computers connected to data projectors. For more projector options visit our projector page.

Call 726-8151 for advisement. Equipment can be used by UMD faculty, staff and students for University related presentations and business.
