Policy: Equipment From Other Departments
(managing or accepting as donation)

ITSS provides equipment for checkout through the Multimedia Hub and the TechCenter (cameras, projectors, screens, laptops, etc.).

If a department would like to add equipment to the ITSS checkout pool, the following guidelines need to be met:

  1. Equipment is available to all university students, not only specific disciplines.
  2. Equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis (no reservations are taken).
  3. ITSS has storage space available.
