How to Register your Response Card:

First find out if your faculty member is using WebDrop or WebVista. Then follow the WebDrop or WebVista instructions.

WebDrop Instructions

1. Open the following URL in your web browser: https://webdrop.d.umn.edu/
2. Authenticate using your UMD username and password.
3. Click on the "Update your Student Response System ID" link.
4. Type your Response Card ID into the text box.
5. Click "Update Information".
6. Enter your Response Card ID is the six digit number.

WebVista Instructions

1. Go to course WebVista Site URL provided by your faculty member. If you are having difficulties visit Problems Accessing a WebVista Site.
2. Click or select "Register my Clicker" link.
3. Enter your Response Card ID is the six digit number.

Please Note

• Your Response Card ID is the six digit number immediately under the barcode on the back of your Response Card.
  
• A typical ID might look like this: 00B0E2
• Be careful to type zeroes, not the letter O.

How to change channels on your Response Card:

1. Press and release the "GO" button on your Response Card.
   
2. While the light is flashing red and green, enter 2 digit channel code. (i.e., channel 1 =01, channel 21 =21).
3. After the second digit is entered, press and release the "GO" button.
4. Press and release the "1/A" button. The light should flash yellow to confirm.
