SunRay Assistance

ITSS has Computer Lab Consultants available to answer questions about the SunRay computers. These students are stationed on the 1st and 3rd floors of the Library (room 118 and and at the Circulation Desk on the 3rd floor) and are available to answer questions and help users get more familiar with these units. The Consultants also do regular patrols of the computing areas in the Library to look for troubled users. SunRays users in the Library can visit the above locations or call 218-726-7601 or -6365 to ask for help.
