Configuring OSX Thunderbird 2.0
You can download Thunderbird for Windows and OSX at http://www.mozilla.com/
If you're starting up Thunderbird for the first time you'll see a few
screens that will ask you to fill in some information.
If you already
have configured an email account in Thunderbird and want to add a UMD
account click on the Tools menu and select "Account
Settings." In the column
on the left click on "Add Account"to bring up
the screens below.







You may see the alert box below. You'll need to select a few security settings
(described below) to finish our account.
- From the Tools menu select "Account Settings" and
configure the settings indicated below.




Click the OK button on the lower right to finish the configuration and begin using Thunderbird.
