Direct WebVista Access

As of Spring Semester 2008, all course sites will be in WebVista version 4. To access to your WebVista 4 course sites, click on the WebVista 4 courses link below. If you need to access a course from a previous semester (WebCT version 3), scroll down and click on the WebCT 3 courses link.

WebVista 4 courses

1. Go to: https://www1.webvista.umn.edu/ (see image)
2. Check your Browser – click on Check Browser and make sure all items have green check marks. If an item has a red X, you’ll need to tune up your browser.
3. Click Log In and Enter your x.500 login information (username and password)

WebCT 3 courses

1. Go to: https://vista.umn.edu/ (see image)
2. Check your Browser – click on Check Browser in the upper right hand corner and make sure all items have green check marks. If an item has a red X, you'll need to tune up your browser.
3. Click on "University of Minnesota"
   
4. Click Log In and Enter your x.500 login information (username and password)
   
5. After entering your username and password, you should see your WebVista 3 courses within the Course List section. Click on the course name to access your course.
