Advisee List

  1. Go to the My Active Advisees - Index Page report
    https://www.umreports.umn.edu/framework/prompt.aspx?reportid=63
  2. Follow the Advisee Roster link, toward the upper right.
  3. Click the "Email All Students" link, toward the lower right.
  4. Copy and paste the email addresses into your mail client. Be sure to choose Bcc (Blind carbon copy) when emailing students

To prevent suppressed e-mail addresses from displaying in your e-mail messages, copy the above student addresses and paste into the Blind carbon copy ("Bcc") field of your email package rather than the "To" field when e-mailing students.

If your e-mail software package does not support e-mail addresses separated by semi-colons, enter the appropriate separator (such as a comma) in the box and click the Change Separator button.
