Class list reports are available for instructors, departments and colleges. These reports were developed by Information Management Systems and are available through the Management Reporting web site.
The class list reports include name, ID number, the number of credits, grading option selected, college of enrollment and an e-mail address for each student registered. The reports are updated daily and can be viewed, printed, or downloaded to Excel to assist in class e-mail communication and setting up grade sheets.
As you use these reports, please be mindful that the use of information contained in these reports is governed by the provisions of the University's Acceptable Use of Information Technology Resources policy and should be restricted to official class business.
Other instructional personnel, including Teaching Assistants, can also access these reports by using the staff X.500 ID and password assigned when their appointment is processed in PeopleSoft. Graduate students needing to activate staff accounts in order to access these reports should call the ADCS Helpline at (612) 301-4357 option 1.
