ITSS and the College of Science and Engineering have collaborated to purchase a multi-processor computing cluster for use in computational research.
To request an account on the computing cluster, please email Robert Sand (rsand@d.umn.edu). Access is intended for research and will be restricted to faculty, research staff, and students who are actively working on a research project with a faculty member. Please provide the Internet ID for any individuals who need access. If you need specialized software to be loaded onto the cluster, please let Robert Sand know that as well.
The cluster vendor is PSSC Labs. The operating system is Red Hat Linux 4 ES.
