The Infotech newsletter banner consists of two basic areas with a divider in between them.

Between the upper half and portions of the banner is a gold horizontal line.
The left two thirds of lower portion of the banner has a navy blue background. The words "Information Technology" are stacked on top of the words "Systems & Services" in sans-serif font.
The right third of the banner has a photo of strands of cabling. The cables are the same color as the gold horizontal line that separates the upper and lower portions of the banner.
