ITSS Award Winners


ITSS staff members Debbie Wing and Matt Johnsted have been recognized for outstanding service and special contributions. A group of staff were honored for their significant contributions toward the Enterprise System Upgrade Project (ESUP).

Debbie Wing Honored with Outstanding IT Service Award

Each year in the spring and fall, the Information Technology (IT) Outstanding Service Awards recognize IT professionals across the University of Minnesota who demonstrate exceptional performance, creativity, organizational abilities, work success and teamwork. Debbie was among the recipients this spring.

UMD Outstanding Service Project Awards

This year the following ITSS staff were honored with UMD Outstanding Service Awards for their significant contributions toward the Enterprise System Upgrade Project.

Matt Johnsted's Spot Award

Matt Johnsted received a Spot Award for his creativity in helping to automate the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) process for the TechCenter at UMD. His attitude of helpfulness and desire to improve process to save the University time and money have made him a tremendous asset to ITSS.
