Tech Camp 7
Twenty faculty attended the seventh UMD Tech Camp in January 2003. Campers worked hard during the seven days of Tech Camp, which extended over two weeks in the January break. All campers purchased laptop computers with funds provided as part of their incentive to attend.
In addition to instruction time, campers also enjoyed concentrated work time during the camp in which to work on projects. Most campers got a good start on class web sites and technology-enhanced lectures.
