This bit of information was found in the Office of Information Technology Newsletter from the Twin Cities campus of the University of Minnesota.

The article details the Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) Small Grants Program that is happening again this year. University faculty members are encouraged to submit proposals for grants of up to $10,000. It is our understanding that UMD faculty members are eligible for this program.

This grant program was begun in 1998 to encourage and reward instructors involved in developing and implementing TEL projects. It has been very successful in its first two years.
