For those of you waiting for Minneapolis and St. Paul white and yellow page directories, your wait is over. Qwest Dex has supplied ITSS with electronic versions of the white and yellow pages directories for Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the Twin Ports.

Virtual Private Network Protects Commercial Internet Users
ITSS has now installed a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service to protect and enhance services for UMD users of the commercial Internet accessing information on the UMD network.

Conserve on Modem Usage
The UMD modem pool has been extremely busy lately. Many of our customers have been complaining to us that they are unable to gain access to the modem pool, particularly during the busy evening hours. Please help us address this problem.
