Virtual Private Network Protects Commercial Internet Users ITSS has now installed a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service to protect and enhance services for UMD users of the commercial Internet accessing information on the UMD network. See --> Virtual Private Network (VPN) service

Conserve on Modem Usage The UMD modem pool has been extremely busy lately. Many of our customers have been complaining to us that they are unable to gain access to the modem pool, particularly during the busy evening hours. Please help us address this problem. See --> Conserve Modem Usage
