Logging in When the Novell Office Server is Unavailable
For many users on campus, the Novell login prompt is the first thing they see when they turn on their computers in the morning. Entering their Novell username and password gives them access to Novell printing, files, and software. But did you know that you can bypass the Novell login (if, for example, the server is unavailable), and still have access to your email and the Internet?

To bypass the Novell login on a Windows 95/98/ME computer, simply click the Cancel button. On a Windows 2000 computer, type in your Windows 2000 workstation username and password (not your Novell username and password), check the Workstation Only box and click OK.

For details on logging in with and without Novell services, please see the Novell Logon page.
