ITSS : File and Print Services : Novell

Getting started

As part of our network services, ITSS supports a Novell server cluster that provides network file and print services to faculty and staff. These services are available at no additional cost for both Windows and Macintosh users.

Services included

A Novell account provides the following services:

• Secure personal file storage
• Shared file storage for departments, work groups, etc. (on request)
• Backup and restore services
• iPrint network printing

To request a Novell account for a University employee, please complete the online web form:
Open, Update or Close Novell Accounts

If you have a Windows computer, you will also need the Novell client software installed on your computer; this can be requested when you open an account.
