Phone options and features
A variety of phone models are available for faculty and staff. Select the model that best meets your needs. Please note that some locations are restricted on their phone choices.

Telephone Features
Following are instructions for some of the more commonly used features. For additional features and instructions, please refer to the manual that came with your phone.
Call Forwarding
To redirect your incoming calls to another phone:
- Dial *72.
- Listen for dial tone.
- Dial number to forward your calls to.
To deactivate, dial *73.
Transfering
To transfer your caller to another extension:
- Depress switchhook.
- Dial number and announce call.
- Hang up (party will be transferred).
Conference calls
To create a three-way conference call:
- Connect to first party.
- Depress switchhook.
- Dial second party's number.
- Announce the conference call.
- Depress switchhook (all parties are connected).
Automatic wake-up service
To use your phone as an alarm clock:
- Dial *77.
- Enter wake-up time.
- Dial *80 to disable.
