Using the Raindance online training
To start the online training for Basic CallPilot Unified Messaging:
- On the Raindance login window (sample shown below), complete the fields with your first and last name, your UMD email (for example: jdoe@d.umn.edu) and your company (UMD).
- Select "High (T1/Cable Modem/Corporate LAN)" speed (from on-campus).
- Select, "Play Recorded Event".
