Due to lack of use, ITSS is in the process of phasing out local phone service in the residence halls. (In halls without local phone service, we are instead providing wireless access.)
As of 9/2011, local phone service and room telephones are provided in Stadium Apartments and Lake Superior Hall only. For all other residence halls, local phone service is available on request only. ITSS provides maintenance for all campus telephone equipment, including phone sets, cabling and outlets.
For repairs, dial 8573 with the following information: your name, building, room number, phone number, and a brief description of the problem.
