ITSS Operational Continuity Plan

Introduction

This document is the Plan for Operational Continuity for UMD Information Technology Systems and Services. It was developed according to:
UM Policy 2.6.1 on Developing a Plan for Operational Continuity.

According to this policy, our plan must contain "clear strategies and procedures needed to continue operations and execute a recovery in the event of an interruption that compromises the ability of ITSS to carry out its critical functions."

Our plan is divided into the following sections. Some sections are private to ITSS and require a password to access.
