All customers who have arranged to use a dedicated or private ITSS server will be billed the following rates. Please note that each server has a maximum amount of file storage included in the server rate. If you require additional storage above the amount of file storage quoted for the server size you select, you will need to reference the File Storage and Backup Rates below to calculate your annual expense for the server and for the added file storage.

Faculty and Staff accounts used for University business are eligible for 5 Gb of Internet file storage and/or backup services and, in addition, 5 Gb of either Novell or Active Directory system file storage and/or backup services, and 5Gb of Netfiles file storage without charge. Additional file storage will be billed according to the rates in the following table.

Note: Faculty may reserve a teaching computer laboratory for one class session per semester without students having to pay the lab fee. Classes that pay the lab fee will have priority. Classes that use the labs more than once in a semester must require all students enrolled in the course to pay the lab fee. Access to the computer labs for faculty for instructional or course development purposes for a class taught in the labs is free.
