Specialized Services

Would you like to reduce the amount of document storage in your office, be able to easily locate those documents, and view them on your office computer monitor? We can provide document imaging support for scanning your office documents into an electronic form along with preparing them for electronic storage and on-line retrieval.

Do you know that we are able to handle large printing jobs for your department? Our laser printers are able to handle double-sided as well as single-sided printing. We can also print graphic output.

Do you know that you can receive output directly from PeopleSoft in your department office? If you have a networked printer, contact us to set up a print queue name which will allow printing PeopleSoft reports directly to your office printer.

Are you receiving reports from University systems through the mail rather than being printed on this campus? It may be possible to electronically route those reports to UMD for printing instead of waiting the extra days for the mail to be delivered. We can help to work with the Twin Cities' staff in getting your output in a more efficient manner.

Don't know if your ideas are possible? Having problems trying to figure out how to approach a solution for your data needs? Let our experienced staff help. We can meet, discuss the issues, and offer possible solutions to your programming concerns.
