New Employee Checklist
Following is a description of the forms most commonly needed for a new University employee.
| Service | Description | Service Request |

| Central system account | Email account and access to Enterprise systems, modem pool, etc. | Standard email/Internet account |
| Novell account | Access to Office Server software, network printing, shared drive (H: drive) | Add, change or remove a Novell Office Server account |
| Computer setup | Install new computer on the network
or Reconfigure existing computer for new employee | Install a new computer on the network
or Computer assessment & update service |
