For new faculty or staff accounts: Enter your University Internet ID/email (for example: jzdoe)
For new department accounts: Enter an 8-character name that begins with your department abbrevation (for example: itssdesk). Student Internet IDs will not be accepted.

Open a new Novell account:: Windows computer
Macintosh computer
Close a Novell account and delete all associated files: Remove Novell service; Note: All files in the personal folder for this account (H:\user\) will be deleted. Account holder must move any department files stored in the personal folder to the department's shared (COMMON) area before account is closed.
Other changes (move departments, update permissions): Change account (specify details in "Comments or Questions" field below)
