Free telephone or walk-in support for your technology questions, including:
- ResNet computer or game console registration
- Network access (wired or wireless)
- Account or password issues
- Software problems (installing, using)
- Basic virus/spyware problems
- Classroom and AV equipment support (projectors, TVs on carts)
- Lab access, authentication or printing problems
- Access from off campus (modem, VPN)
Equipment available for checkout for classroom presentations and meetings at no cost:
- Projectors
- Laptops
- Portable conference phones
- Miscellaneous AV equipment (tape recorders, speakers, cabling, etc.)
| We also provide warranty and repair services for a fee (call or stop by for current rates):
- Computer virus and security check-ups
