Windows: Connecting to MyFiles or MyWeb

MyFiles allows you to create personal file storage space on the central system server (commonly known as bulldog). Files you store here are backed up nightly. While there is no fee to create your personal directory, there is a charge for files stored here (see Rates and Fees for details.

MyWeb allows you to create a personal web space on UMD's central web server (www.d.umn.edu).

Note: Do NOT store private data in your MyWeb space. For private or confidential data, use Active Directory, NetFiles, or Google Drive.
