In-Tray

The first time you log into Corporate Time Calendar, your In-tray is displayed.

The In-Tray is a quick glance into your calendar. By selection you can view:

New Entries
Entries you've accepted (Meetings)
Entries you've sent out (Request to attend a meeting), or
Entries that you've refused (Meetings you cannot attend).

To go to your Daily Agenda, on the In Tray tool bar, click on the clock icon . An open agenda display box will appear with your name. Click OK. If you are a designee for another person, enter their name here and their calendar will be displayed for you.
