To view a web page of the completed project, follow this link to the completed project page. Inserting an image into PageMill is easy. Before you can see just how easy it is, let's type in the following words so there is some text to insert an image into (words in red between the "* *" ask you to perform tasks you learned in the first PageMill workshop):
Inserting an Image into PageMill *Center and make the Largest Heading - also use as the Title of your page*
I need some text on this page so I can play with inserting an image. The more text I have, the more text is available to play with.
Text is good because: *Make the following three (3) items a Numbered List*
It is easily typed in
It can be turned into a link to UMD's home page *Select "link to UMD's home page" and enter it's url*
It is readable
This is enough text. *Save page as "InsertImage.html (Mac users) or InsertImage (Windows users)"*
View your page in Netscape Navigator and see what it looks like. If all went well it should look something like the completed project page above (note the title of the page at the top of the browser - Windows users will see it at the top left of their browser).
If your page doesn't look something like the completed project page or you couldn't remember how to do the tasks asked of you, please take the time to review "Making Your First Web Page with PageMill."
