Adding Content from Other Programs

Make sure you are in editing mode before trying to add content to a page.

Adding a Word Document to a Contribute Page (Windows only)

  1. Put your cursor where you want the new information to appear
  2. From the menu bar, choose "Insert"
  3. From the insert menu, choose "Microsoft Office Document"
  4. In the browser window, browse to the file you want to include in your web page
  5. Click the "Open" button

Important Note: Formatting from Microsoft Office or other documents may not translate well to HTML pages. You may need to adjust the inserted content.
