When Things Go Wrong (Troubleshooting)

A good reference when working on understanding why an egradebook doesn't seem to be working correctly is the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page. We strive to put common questions and their solutions in this section.

Also, check your settings under the Configure section of the program. Many of the functions of the program, including what is visible to both students and instructors, are set there.
