- Be honest. You've heard of copyright, but you don't really know much about it. This is the place to start.

- An understanding of what constitutes a copyright.
- The ability to identify works that are copyrighted.
- The ability to use the copyright notice.
- The knowledge of the duration of copyrighted works.
- Prerequisites:
