Rates

Most hardware repair, upgrade, or replacement work is billed at an hourly labor rate (for the current rate, see: Rates and Fees). Estimates can be provided on request. Some software services (virus removals, desktop security) are charged special rates.

We can accept charges to:

Warranty Claims

Parts covered by supported vendors during warranty period.

Labor coverage dependant on vendor contract.

A copy of the original invoice/receipt is mandatory.

CUFs accounts

Needed prior to any work being done on departmental equipment.

Cash

We have arrangements with the UMD Computer Corner for cash payments for personal repairs/upgrades.
