STUDENT ORGANIZATION FUNDRAISERS

PROCEDURE

  1. Reserve a table and a cash box for the fundraiser with one of the Student Activities Secretaries (Bev Anderson, Mary Jo Bowman) located in the Student Activities Office.
  2. Complete the fundraising application and submit it to one of the Kirby Student Activities Secretaries (Bev or Mary Jo). Approval of the fundraiser is subject to availability of fundraiser type and copyright permission, if required.
  3. The bottom of the fundraising approval application will be returned to your organizational mailbox indicating final approval of the fundraiser. The cash box maybe picked up at the Kirby Information Desk on the day of your fundraiser.
