Please have this information prepared (if possible):
- Indicate the date wanted (RESERVATIONS SHOULD BE MADE AT LEAST ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE).
- Indicate the room desired.
- Indicate the time of the event (beginning and ending) and set up time. Indicate set up and/or technical equipment desired.
- In the event the room is not available for the time and date you desired, it is best to have some alternate requests.
* Indicates capacity with no setup. Ballroom & Rafters capacity varies dramatically, depending on the set-up & nature of the event. Please contact the Room Reservationist for more details.
**Seating can be expanded to 40 for lectures.
